Does anyone know any good healthy eating plans to use that also dont make you fell hungery?
Its just i have a bad habit of eating things late on at night i was told not to eat heavy after 8pm is this true???
Also if anyone knew any good Healthy smoothies to make that give you an energy boost.

I dont want to loose weight, I just want to get healthy!
I cant find anythng on the internet that says what i should eat, what I shouldnt be eating what I should drink (I usually drink water and tea) so if you could tell me what to eat or not eat or link me to a healthy eating plan I am very thankful
