Is this a healthy meal plan?
This is what I'm eating tomorrow, is it healthy?
. Breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries (prepared with milk, not water)
. Lunch: turkey + lettuce sandwich on whole wheat bread and a cheese stick and water
. Snack: fat free vanilla yogurt
. Dinner: beef florentine with pasta and green beans and a glass of milk
